Our tips to prolong the life span of your digital lock:
1) Use only ALKALINE batteries
2) Do not use rechargeable batteries or mix new batteries with old batteries
3) Change batteries every 6 months to prevent batteries leakage
4) Install door closer to prevent your door from slamming, otherwise, warranty will be void

Easy to set up and many different options from finger print, passcode and smart tags/cards. Great mobile App as well. Happy with purchase.

Really high quality through and through--even the packaging. This lock has lots of nice finishes and very nicely crafted levers that look and feel high end. Everything looks and feels refined, even the mounting hardware underneath. This company put a lot of time and effort into the details, including the packaging.
There's no whirring or grinding of gears when the door locks or unlocks.
Comes with physical keys so you'll never get locked out if the batteries or electronics die.
The fingerprint scanner is WONDERFUL. Incredibly fast and reliable. I come in wet and/or dirty from working outside 50% of the time and I can count on one hand the number of times the scanner didn't recognize my fingerprint on the first try. Really, really good hardware and software throughout.
