1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products and services are non-returnable:

Installed products: Once a digital lock or safebox has been installed, it cannot be returned.

Service fees: Installation, delivery, and other service-related charges are non-refundable.

Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at 69666788 to initiate a return.
- Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue you are experiencing.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return based on the condition of the item.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, you are eligible for a refund under the following terms:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Any shipping costs incurred during the return process (unless due to our error) will be deducted from the refund.
